Our investigation includes scene inspection, vehicle inspection, and witness interviews to gather the information necessary to aid defense counsel in serving their clients.
ATVs and UTVs
All-Terrain Vehicles and Utility Terrain Vehicles are useful off-road vehicles when operated properly. Unfortunately, accidents involving these vehicles have become all too common, and litigation in this area is on the rise. LAW Investigative Group has several years of experience conducting ATV and UTV accident investigations. We can provide background investigations of parties involved to identify behavior history that might have led to improper use of the equipment. We can also include a thorough examination of the accident scene, subject vehicle(s) inspection and acquisition, as well as witness location and interviewing.
Pharmaceuticals/Environmental
Pharmaceutical and Environmental product liability cases require additional investigation into possible alternative causation for the alleged injury/illness. As our investigators perform the background investigation on the plaintiff, they also identify possible alternative causation for the alleged illness, such as genetic predisposition. Our investigators are experts in genealogy research that aids in the development of this defense strategy. In addition, our investigators identify possible occupational hazards and environmental hazards to be used to mitigate the client’s liability.
